Information you provide

The enquiry form asks for your email address and a preferred contact time. You may also describe your project. Please do not include passwords, patient information, payment details or confidential project files.

Why we collect it

We use your enquiry to respond, understand the work you are considering and discuss possible next steps. Submitting a project enquiry does not sign you up for a mailing list.

Storage and access

Enquiries are saved in the website’s WordPress database for review by authorized site administrators. A notification containing the information you submit is also sent to our team by email. Our email provider and mailbox backups may hold copies. The form also records technical submission details, including the submission time, page address, IP address and browser information. Website hosting and backup systems may hold copies of this information.

Contacting us about your information

Email contact@agilegist.com to ask about your enquiry, request a correction or request deletion. Include enough context to identify the enquiry, without sending sensitive information. We may need to verify that a request relates to your information.

Browser storage and links

The website uses browser session storage to remember whether its introductory logo animation has already played in the current tab. WordPress uses cookies for administrator sign-in. Portfolio links can take you to other websites, whose privacy practices are separate from this website.
